Refund Policy

1. Instant Digital Fulfillment: All DomainSignal API credit purchases are digital consumable assets fulfilled instantaneously. Upon payment confirmation from Stripe, credits are automatically provisioned to the specified API key for immediate query execution.

2. All Sales Final: Because digital compute resources and edge cache allocations are committed immediately upon purchase, all credit pack purchases and custom volume orders are final and non-refundable. Once provisioned, credits cannot be returned, exchanged for cash, or reversed.

3. Non-Expiring Balance: Purchased credits never expire and remain permanently attached to your API key until consumed by programmatic queries.

4. Technical Exceptions: In the rare event of a documented, verified platform failure where payment succeeded but credits failed to provision, or our API experienced an extended verified outage (>48 consecutive hours) preventing utilization, contact support@domainsignal.io within seven (7) calendar days of purchase. Valid technical defects will be remedied via manual credit adjustment or full refund to the original payment method at our sole discretion.

5. Unauthorized Charges: If you believe your card was charged without your authorization, contact support@domainsignal.io immediately before initiating a bank dispute so our billing team can assist you.
